9.10 RIPng Metric Manipulation

• Enable IPv6 and RIPng on the Serial link connecting R4 and R5.
• Ensure that R4 prefers the Serial link to reach the Loopback 100 interface
of R5 and uses the Frame-Relay link ONLY as a backup.
• Do not use summarization to accomplish this task.
