9.15 EIGRPv6 Metric Manipulation

• Allow EIGRPv6 to perform load balancing between multiple paths with
unequal metrics so long as the metrics are within the range of the optimal
metric scaled three times.
• Configure R4’s Serial link to R5 to have a delay that is twice good as R4’s
Frame-Relay link.
